Installation and Headlight Adjustment

  1. Consult the vehicle owner’s or service manual to review the headlight assembly structure and removal procedure.
  2. Install the replacement assemblies in the factory mounting locations.
  3. Locate the headlight adjustment screws.
  4. Adjust each headlight separately.
  5. Turn the vertical adjustment screw clockwise to raise the beam.
  6. Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise to lower the beam.
  7. Confirm that the assemblies are properly secured and sealed before testing the lights.
  8. Check and align the beam pattern before driving at night.
